Jianlong Liu wrote scripts to compute the cohomology, K-theory and relative K-theory for substitution tiling spaces in dimensions 1 and 2 as part of his dissertation. The code is available at his repository.

The code is used in Sage (9.5 or higher with Python 3.10).
